Natalie Elias
BSc Physiotherapy (WITS)
After obtaining her BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Witwatersrand in 2007, and completing her community service on the West Rand, Natalie Elias moved into private practice working in both in-hospital as well as out-patient environments.
Having accomplished her postgraduate certification in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT) in 2011, Natalie has also completed numerous other courses for: dry needling, taping, STOTT PILATES®, and Exercise is Medicine.
Natalie has also completed a myriad of courses for the treatment of lymphoedema including a certification in Complete Decongestive Therapy.
Having completed several other specialised courses, Natalie has a special interest in pelvic and women’s health conditions, as well as the treatment and rehabilitation of those affected with cancer.
Natalie plans to further her studies with a master’s degree in pain management for patients suffering from pelvic pain and those afflicted with breast cancer.
Natalie is passionate about patient care and wellness, and believes that the primary role in therapy; is to empower her patients.
Bronwyn Cocks
BSC Physiotherapy (UCT)
After graduating from the University of Cape Town with a BSc Physiotherapy in 2010; Bronwyn Cocks completed her community service at Dr Abdurahman Clinic, Athlone. Moving to Johannesburg in 2013, Bronwyn began working in private practice and has gained hands-on experience in many areas of physiotherapy.
Bronwyn is Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT) 1 certified, having completed the OMT course in 2015, in addition to several other post-graduate courses; including pain management modules, Pilates, dry-needling, taping, Exercise is Medicine, and pelvic health and women’s health modules.
Bronwyn’s passion about establishing meaningful therapeutic relationships, patient education and promoting self-care and empowerment is central to who she is a physiotherapist.
